Charlie's mask hasn't always been a bandanna, with a hat and sunglasses. In an interview with Fuseondemand, Charlie said
"I used to wear Del Taco bags, a fast food restaurant, because I couldn't afford a Jason mask, like these guys did, so I just popped a bag on after I had a couple of delicious tacos. But, it was so annoying wearing that thing, so i switched to a bandanna and that made it alot easier. I designed the front, it's got like, a couple of my tatt's on there, some of my ink. Uh, it's got L-A, it's got an AK47, you know, show people that I'm crazy..." Charlie has a new mask for the Notes From The Underground album, as shown above. "Umm... I started playing guitar because of Tom Petty... I started singing, because I was in a band with Johnny 3 Tears, and he wasn't very good, so I was like, 'if you can sing, fuck it, I can', so I take Tom Petty and Johnny 3 Tears as my two, biggest inspirations..." |
